Voted in at the 2012 draft.
The first four positions of the draft will be determined by a draft lottery. The final six picks will be determined by order of finish.
The tenth place team will get 4 entries in the lottery.
The ninth place team will get 3 entries in the lottery.
The eight place team will get 2 entries in the lottery.
The seventh place team will get 1 entry in the lottery.
The lottery is for all 4 positions. Teams will be drawn until all 4 teams have been assigned a position.
